Introduction

This is a rich and creamy very filling desert. I use coconut extract, but you may substitute any flavor extract you like and the shredded raw coconut is not necessary and will cut back on the calories as well. Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 tsp any flavor extract
    1 individual serving package of Splenda or other artificial sweetner
    optional:

    slivered almonds w/ almond extract
    shredded coconut w/ coconut extract
    fresh fruit with fruit flavored extracts
    coco powder instead of extracts w/ banana

    Get creative!!

Directions

It's pretty simple just put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Best served chilled. Enjoy!!
