Introduction

A filling dish for those who like Italian and don't want pasta! A filling dish for those who like Italian and don't want pasta!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2.0 small Summer Squash
    4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    4.0 serving cooked perfect Italian style meatballs

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add onion and peppers. Saute until semi-soft. Add squash and asparagus. Continue cooking. When soft, add frozen meatballs and cook until thoroughly hot. Season with pepper and oregano. Can be served with pasta for more servings. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
