    1/5 CUP CELERY, DICED
    2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
    1 TBSP BACON GREASE
    1/4 TSP CAYENNE RED PEPPER
    1 TSP ARIZONA DREAMING, PENZEYS

Directions

SAUTE ONION, CELERY AND GARLIC IN BACON GREASE FOR 1 MINUTE.. ADD DICED POTATOES AND CLAM BROTH. SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD BEER, VEGGIE JUICE AND TOMATO SOUP AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. ADD CLAMS & SPICES AND SIMMER UNTIL POTATOES ARE COOKED.
