Ingredients

    1.5 cup Beans, pinto
    16.0 oz Pork, fresh, shoulder, whole, separable lean only, cooked, roasted
    1.5 cup, chopped or diced Roasting Chicken, light meat
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tbsp simply nature organic coconut oil

Directions

Add beans and meat in pot with water and seasonings/ herbs. Boil at low temperature till beans are cooked and there is liquid has thickened to stew like consistency. Eat.
