    2 serving Alive Whole Food Energizer Shake Pwd (Rice and Pea Protein, Vanilla Flavored) (by THE-B-HIVE)
    6 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
    1 tsp Baking Soda

Tips

you can sub yogi with applesauce. if so use lemon and not vinegar


Directions

Preheat oven at 180
Mix yogurt and vinegar
Mix dry ingredients.
mix all together
use 6 silicon molds and bake for 20 min
allow to cool
