Ingredients

    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    24 oz Sirloin, strip steak, lean only
    22 tsp Tastefully Simple Onion Onion Seasoning Blend - 1/2 tsp (by JSMEBY)
    4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2 cup Cheese, Mozarella w/ 2% milk (Kraft) - approx. 1 serving per oz. (by 2JJOHNSON)
    1 packet Tastefully Simple Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Warm Dip Mix

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400. In skillet, heat oil, add steak and onion onion seasoning. Saute until no longer pink. Stir in packet of Caramelized Onion and Mushroom Soup Dip Mix. Stir well.
2. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and ribs. Place cut side up on greased foil-lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with half of cheese, fill with meat mixture and top with remaining cheese.
3. Bake 20 minutes.
