Ingredients

    453 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    2 oz Cheese - Sargento Chef Style Mozzarella Part-Skim Shredded Cheese
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium bowl, prepare cheeses, chicken and preferred spices. Line pizza pan or cookie sheet with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
3. Place the ground chicken mixture onto the pizza pan. Place parchment paper on top of crust mixture and evenly press down into the pan. Remove parchment paper.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Place desired sauces and toppings on top then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
