Ingredients

    2.0 tsp Chili powder
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 Grams Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.0 tsp Salt
    10.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 large Onions, raw
    3.5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added
    28.0 Grams Yellow Cornmeal
    3.5 cup Hominy
    24.0 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)
    74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    2.0 cup Beans, pinto
    2.0 pepper Pepper, ancho, dried
    0.5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
    2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime

Directions

1. In a dutch oven or tall pot, salt and pepper the meat then brown meat. 2. When meat is browned add chopped vegetables and cover until veggies are sweating, stirring occasionally, 4 min. Add spices and cook until pot is dry. 3. Add tomatoes, hominy, broth. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Take a ladle of broth from the pot and add corn meal to make a slurry. Can add more is needed to thicken. Simmer for a few more minutes to thicken. Serving Size: 10- 1cup
