Introduction

This is an adaptation of a recipe from www.loseweightbyeating.com that called for real sugar. I replaced the sugar for Splenda, and reduced the amount of flour in order to reduce calories. Baked both recipes, the flavor is exactly the same in both! It will satisfy your chocolate cravings, and it will be awesome for breakfast with your cup of coffee. Ingredients

    2.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    8 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    1 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt (Vanilla)
    4 tbsp Butter, salted
    0.25 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    6 serving Splenda Packet (1 serving = 1 packet)
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven at 375F In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients Add butter in small pieces and knead with your fingers In a small bowl mix yogurt, vanilla, and milk Add chocolate chips to dry ingredients Add wet ingredient mix Mix well Divide into two balls Create a "pizza" shape and cut into 8 pieces per "pizza" Bake for 17 minutes Let the Scones cool on the baking sheet for 5 more minutes Enjoy!! Serving Size: 16 Scones
