Ingredients

    8 oz Ground beef, lean
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 clove Garlic
    850 grams Crushed Tomatoes
    1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    4 tbsp Chili powder
    1.75 cup Beans, red kidney
    1.75 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs
    1.25 cup Campbell’s Tomato Soup
    3 tbsp Canola Oil

Tips

Can vary amount of beef, beans, etc. to taste.


Directions

Saute onion, pepper, garlic in Canola oil. Add ground beef and brown. Add all other ingredients. Simmer till liquid is reduced by one fourth or until desired consistency, about 2-3 hours.
