    2.5 cup Tomato Sauce
    148 gram(s) Red Bell Peper
    1.55 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Thyme, fresh
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 tbsp Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light

Directions

Sear the tenderloin on all sides before adding all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook 8 hours on low. Instant Pot- high pressure cook for 45 minutes.
