Ingredients

    2 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour)
    1 tsp Salt
    1.5 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp ground tumeric
    2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 large Eggs
    1.5 cup Greek Whole Milk Yogurt - Plain
    .5 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
    1/4 cup Avocado Oil


Tips

For complete breakfast, top with plain fruit & unsweetened whipped cream. Add extra protein for Phase 2


Directions

Preheat waffle iron.
Whisk dry ingredients together in medium bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together well in large bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix thoroughly until no dry spots remain. Let sit for 5 minutes & stir again to make sure the flour is hydrated.
Use 1/2 cup batter for each waffle, oiling or spraying the grids between each one. Cook following waffle iron instructions. Squeeze iron shut before opening to take finished waffle out to reduce sticking.
