Ingredients

    4 strips morningstar farms veggie bacon
    2 romaine lettuce leaves
    2 1/4 inch thick slices tomato
    1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
    1/2 6 inch whole wheat pita

Directions

microwave veggie bacon according to directions on side of box until crispy (about 3 1/2 minutes),
spread mayonnaise on inside of pita,
stuff pita with all ingredients,
