Introduction

Easy to make: mix 2 cans of light tuna (drained) and mayo, with salt and dried oregano, and enjoy on a whole grain toasted bread or on a salad leaf. I add 15 or so pine nuts.     4 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)
    1.5 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    0.25 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
    0.25 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    4 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)
