Ingredients

    4 oz Raley's - Original Cream Cheese
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Egg white, large
    5.33 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream - Great Value
    16 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese - Great Value
    16 oz Ground Turkey Breast 99% fat free - Trader Joe's Butcher Shop
    0.25 cup Raleys tomato sauce
    8 tbsp Hatch diced green chile

Directions

Preheat oven 400*
Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth, this will take a few minutes. Add heavy cream and 1/2 tsp of taco seasoning.
Grease 9x13 dish, spread 8oz of cheddar cheese on the bottom and pour egg mixture over as evenly as possible.
Bake for 20-25 minutes / Let stand 5mins
Brown turkey; add 1tbsp of taco seasoning - plus tomato sauce and green chilies.
Spread meat over the crust, then top with cheese.
Reduce oven to 325* and bake for 15-20mins; until bubbly.
Serve with your choice of toppings (optional)
