Ingredients

    2.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
    7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Garlic powder
    6.0 leaves Basil
    1.0 package (6 oz) yields Canadian Bacon
    0.25 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh
    0.5 serving Green Giant Chopped Spinach
    0.5 serving crushed red pepper
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Preheat oven to 380. Cut the 10 pieces of Canadian bacon in half and line a 24 cup muffins tin with 2 pieces each. Shred the spinach (should be a half cup) and basil leaves together and add to the other ingredients and pour on top of the Canadian bacon. Cook for 30 minutes. Serving Size: 2 each
