Ingredients

    16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1.0 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    2.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    0.25 fl. oz Sherry, dry
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Marinade cut up chicken in 1/2 the tamari. Stir fry scallions ginger and garlic. Stir fry into the mix the chicken. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender. Mix water and tamari and cornstarch and add to mix to thicken the sauce. Garnish with sesame oil.
