Ingredients

    4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    0.5 cup Red Onion, Fresh (by NEVERNAKED)
    2 serving JALAPENO pepper fresh - one (by TTENACITY_75)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp coriander fresh (by MJSPHOTO6)
    0.5 cup Coconut, Unsweetened, grated (by HOOK7890)
    1 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow
    50 mL Water, tap
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.25 tbsp Feel Good Organics Turmeric Powder (by VENOMDESIGN)

Tips

nice served as a side dish to curries etc


Directions

Heat Oil, add mustard seeds, red onion and jalapeno fry 2 mins until onion is clear. Add cabbage, turmeric and cayenne and fry 3 minutes, add water and coconut, cover and let steam for 15 minutes
Serve with a dollop of coconut cream (optional) and a sprinkling of coriander.
