Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

0.50 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
0.50 cup Oatmeal - Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal
6 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    6 fl oz Water, tap
2 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave)

Tips

Using frozen fruit is a bonus when you want to cool oatmeal down or are in a hurry. My husband often doubles this recipe in the mornings and puts it in containers for the next day. It stays pretty well for several days in the fridge and after reheating I often add a splash of extra almond milk to it.

Directions

Boil water and almond milk. Add mixed oatmeal and chia seeds. Simmer for 3-4mins. Turn off heat and stir in agave nectar, pour into bowl and stir in blueberries.
