Ingredients

2 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened
0.5 cup Almond Meal/flour, Bobs Red Mill finely ground (by CKAVADAS)
.33 cup Sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted (by SPARKPEEP2)
2 tbsp Great Value Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
5 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice
1 tbsp *Flax Seed
1 cup date, dried (mi zao)- Meigui (Rose) brand, 1/2 cup (30g) (by HAPPYG0LUCKY)
1.5 fl oz Water, tap
Tips
For best results, make sure dates are fresh or soaked to add some moisture or they will crumble on you when you form the balls.
Directions
Soak dried dates (or use fresh).
Drain water from dates and set aside to use as needed.
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until it comes together. Adding the water from soaking the dates as needed.
Using a tablespoon or small ice cream/cookie scoop, form into ball, place on plate or cookie sheet and place in fridge to chill. Cover and seal to keep fresh.
Can be placed in freezer to last longer. If you freeze them, let them set out for a few minutes before eating.
Serving Size: makes 27 servings
