Ingredients

    240 grams Honey
    5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 serving Lavender essential oil - organic (one serving equal a drop)

Tips

Use up to 340 grams honey, or low calorie sweetner to taste. Ensure liquid is near room temperature before adding the essential oil.


Directions

Over Medium high heat warm water, honey and lemons (juiced) for about 25 minutes. Cool and strain before adding lavender oil. Place in refrigerator over night. Serve over ice. If added sweetness is necessary I added stevia to taste.
