Introduction

No need for salt or oil, this tastes great as is! No need for salt or oil, this tastes great as is!

Ingredients

    /1/2 Green & 1/2 red pepper Chopped
    1/2 Red Onion
    1 small red chili & 1 small green chili pepper
    1/2 Cup Chopped Canned Tomatoes
    2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
    2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
    Juice of a 1/2 Fresh Lemon

Directions

1. put all ingrediants in blender and blend until all finely chopped
2. Put in fridge for a few hours (if you have time) to let flavours mix (if not stir for a couple of mins)

15 X 2 tbsp servings
