Ingredients


    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, .75 cup, chopped
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 6 oz
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 2.5 tsp

Directions

chop vegetables into small pieces. Add Tuna, mayonnaise and mustard, slat and pepper to taste (I used a chili pepper paste), mix well and eat - preferably well away from cats.

    Very Good
    I agree that the salad was as visually appealing as tasty. I lacked broccoli, so I added extra red pepper and red onion in its place. Very good - 12/12/08

    Incredible!
    Great salad, lots of color and crunch. I added some fresh herbs from my garden and some cherry tomatoes. I appreciate how it uses real mayo, but a small amount. - 6/13/08
