Introduction

Ingredients

    148 gram(s) 4 scoops or 1/2 cup Pea Protein-Naturade vegan formula vanilla (Or your favorite brand)
    1 1/2 cups Mom's Best cereals Quick Oats 100% whole grain oatmeal
    1/2 cup cup, packed Raisins
    5 tbsp chopped walnuts or nut of choice(may change calorie count)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 tbsp Fischer's Natural Pure Raw Honey
    2 to 4 TBSP of Simple Truth Organic unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (added a tbsp at a time)
    1/2 cup Peanut Butter - Peter Pan Honey Roast Creamy
    1 cup Coconut, shredded sweetened and toasted prior to adding
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    *optional add Chia Seeds to taste. I was out of them because I add them to everything!

Directions

Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl follow with honey, vanilla, peanut butter, then stir to combine. Mix will be crumbly until you add a tbsp or two of almon milk. Begin mixing with hands as you add in raisins at this point. After all ingredients have been added hand roll into around 15 balls and place into airtight container and place into refrigerator for around 30 minutes before eating to set.
