Ingredients

4 green bellpeppers( one chopped)
4 yellow bellpeppers(one chopped)
4 red bellpeppers(one chopped)
bag of new orleans bread crumbs(or toast some bread and crush)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 garlic(chopped)
3 sticks of butter
1 lb shrimp (peeled)
crab meat ( real not immitation)
1 package of sausage ( any kind you like )
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup of fine bread crumbs
salt
pepper
Directions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Cut the bellpeppers in half scoop out the seeds and boil in a big pot of water.
saute the chopped bellpeppers, onions, sausage, shrimp in butter add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the crab meat with the bread crumbs add the sauted stuff and some of the chicken stock to make the bread crumbs the right consistancy.
scoop the bread crumb mixture into the bellpeppers and top with the fine bread crumbsand a pat of butter.
Put a little water in the bottom of the pan of bellpeppers and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min or until tops are brown and crispy.
let cool and enjoy!!!!
