    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    0.75 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    0.5 cup Lemon Juice
    1.0 cup, crushed Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon
    28.0 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
    16.0 tbsp Bel Gioioso Mascarpone Cheese


Refrigerated. Line a 7" spring form pan with parchment paper.crust: melt butter.add crumbs mis until moist. Press into bottom of pan. Refrigerate. In a bowl or electricity mixer mix cheese 1 minute . add condensed milk mix again till smooth. add cream until sloth while beating add lemon juice. Pour into pan with cracker crumbs. Place in fridge for 4 hours Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
