Ingredients

    0.5 cup La Choy Water Chestnuts (by KRICH9)
    1 serving CaUliflower, Raw 1 medium head (nutritiondata.com) (by MISSMERCURY0)
    2.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    195 gram Geisha Whole Baby Corn (by CITRUS19)
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
    4.5 serving Chicken breast (Tyson-frozen) (by PAM8438)
    1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
    1.25 cup Snap peas
    6 tsp Spice World Organic Garlic (by JDE048)

Directions

Run cauliflower though blender to make it approx the same consistency of rice. Cook in a pan. Put chopped peppers, chopped onion, part of the stir fry sauce, garlic, snap peas, baby corn and water chestnuts in pan and sautee. Saute mushroooms, bake chicken with the rest of the sauce. Slice cooked chicken. Mix ingredients.

Serving Size: roughly a sixth of what's prepared is counted as one serving.
