Tips

Real bread instead of ready made bread crumbs will cause meatballs to be very tender, due to expansion of bread as they cook

Directions

Purée both cans of tomato pieces in a blender and set aside in a bowl.
Mix 1 pound of ground beef and one pork sausage link, with casing removed. Add egg and dry spices.
Remove crust from bread and tear into small pieces in a measure cup until you have about 1 cup of torn pieces of bread. Add about 1 TBSP of olive oil to bread and 1 tsp of onion powder along with 2 tsp of minced garlic until bread is soaked. Stir pieces around to saturate them in oil and garlic. Add bread to meat mixture and mix well.
Heat about 3 tsp of olive oil in a skillet on stove top and shape meat mixture into small 1heing TBSP sized ball after rolling in hand. Add them to the hot pan and brown for about 5 to 7 minutes. When not quite cooked all the way through, remove with a slotted spoon to a bowl and pour out greased from pan then place back onto the heat and add 2 tsp olive oil then add 3 tsp minced garlic and stir for about 2 minutes then add the 4 cups of puréed tomato sauce to pan. Add the Italian seasoning and the red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt to sauce. Carefully add meatballs to pan and place a lid on it and simmer meatballs in sauce dorabout 15 minutes until cooked through. Then serve over spaghetti or other pasta.

It might be alright if I could understand most of what you wrote. Some of the words didn't make sense for one thing someone needs to learn how to spell couldn't understand most of the words in recipe - 1/23/18
