Ingredients

2 1/2 cups almond flour or almond meal
1/4 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt (table)
2 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
wet
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Tips
If using as a gluten free bread, a small amount of sugar / honey / sweetener will work well.
Directions
Preheat oven to 360ºF
Grease loaf pan with a bit of butter and line bottom with wax paper or parchment paper.
Mix wet ingredients and beat into a smooth liquid -- stick blender works well.
Mix dry ingredients and stir well to mix. Add the wet ingredients. Beat with a hand mixer -- stick blender won't work.
Bake 40-50 minutes until done. Test doneness with a knife or toothpick.
Serving Size: makes 15 slices
