Ingredients

    8 serving Almonds Whole Natural ( Great Value) 1/4 cup
    4 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    7 serving Water, Filtered 1 cup (8 oz) (by RURABE)

Tips

Pre prep, put 2 cups of raw almonds into a bowl, add lots of water to cover, let soak for 12 hrs or more. Change the water 2 or 3 times. When you are ready you can choose to remove the brown case from the almonds or leave as they are.


Directions

Using small batches, blend almond milk and water till well blended, put liquid in a cotton cloth and squeeze out almond milk. Use up all the almonds and water, put in glass container and add maple syrup.
