Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup Sams choice bone broth (I use chicken)
    1 1/3 cup of serving Great Value Instant Mashed Potatoes (4 servings)
    1/4 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tbsp Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular

Directions

Heat to a boil the bone broth on stove top. Remove from heat and add the milk and margarine followed by the potato flakes. Fluff with a fork until desired consistency.
I do not add salt to this as the bone broth already has sodium in it.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cup servings
