Ingredients

    16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2.0 cup Salsa
    3.5 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans
    1.0 serving(s) Bird''s Eye Southwestern Rice
    1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1.0 tbsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Brown ground beef with onion (diced) and garlic (minced). Add cumin and chili powder while meat is cooking. When meat is brown, add rest of ingredients except cheese and stir together. Put in a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
