Ingredients

    1.0 cup Sour Cream
    1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    3.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    2.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry
    1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    5.0 serving Gorton's Skillet Crisp Tilapia, Garlic and Herb
    4.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    400.0 grams Cilantro, raw

Directions

Cook fish, flake. Cook quinoa. Chop vegetables. Mash avocado and add sour cream, lime. Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Toss in salad bowl. Use salsa if desired. Serving Size: 3 cups
