Introduction
Fast and easy meal. Fast and easy meal.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
4 oz Pink Salmon (fish)
1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
4 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Gulden's Brown and Spicy Mustard
1 tsp A1 Steak Sauce
1 fl oz Lemon Juice
Tips
To test for doneness, poke the tines of a fork into the thickest portion of the fish at a 45-degree angle. Then gently twist the fork and pull up some of the fish. Undercooked fish resists flaking and is translucent. If your fish is undercooked, just continue cooking it until it is done.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix the honey, mustard, A1 sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Put the salmon steaks on the cookie sheet along with the broccoli.
