Ingredients

    4 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce
    2 Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, Diced
    2 tsp ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    1 stalk Green Onion, Diced
    2 tsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Salt Free Fiesta Citrus Seasoning
    1 can Del Monte No Salt Added Whole Kernel Corn
    4 tbsp Best Choice Tri Color Tortilla Strips
    4 tbsp Fresh Gourmet Crispy Jalapenos - Lightly Salted
    18 oz Sanderson farms chicken breast
    1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Salt Free Taco Seasoning
    6 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    2 serving Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tips

Black beans can be added for more protein.


Directions

Season chicken with Salt Free Fiesta Citrus seasoning and bake at 400F for 25 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces when cooked.
In a small bowl, stir together taco seasoning, 1/2 tsp lime juice and Lite Sour Cream then refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, toss salad ingredients together. Add dressing a little at a time then toss until lightly coated.
