    4 cup cabbage raw
    1 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
    2 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    1 cup, chopped Swiss Chard


Chop up Cabbage and Swiss Chard, hold Swiss Chard to later in cooking
Dice the bacon
Mince the garlic

Heat a saucepan with cover to medium heat. Add the coconut oil and saute the bacon pieces till cooked, add in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Add the cabbage and stir for 1 minute. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Add the Swiss Chard and stir in, cover and cook another 2 minutes.

Serve as a vegetable side dish
