Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
2 packs of sweet and low

Tips

read that using hot water will make dough tough, I used cold water and left it for 35 minutes very tasty and I like not having too much of anything I make that is high in carbs in the house.

Directions

I used coconut oil in cast iron skillet but does not have to be fried.
mix all ingredients then let dough rest covered with plastic wrap for any time over 20 minutes to an hour , heat your pan if you want to use Pam spray this will work as well. divide dough into thirds roll out to desired size and thickness place in hot pan, it will bubble up as it cooks turn after about 3 to 5 minutes. and be eaten with chili or other toppings but good with honey or jelly as well.
