Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
(reserve small amount of juice to dissolve pudding)
1 (3oz) pkgs instant pistachio pudding mix
6 oz cool whip free
1 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
Marachino cherries
Directions
Dump instant pudding into large bowl. Add enough pineapple juice to dissolve, mix well. Add remaining fruit, mix well. Fold in cool whip. Cut cherries in half, place cherry halves on top as garnish. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
