Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3.0 cup, whole Cranberries
    1.0 tbsp Orange Peel
    1.5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground

Directions

Boil water in saucepan, add cranberries and diced pineapple, cook over medium heat til berries begin to pop. Add chopped, cored but not peeled, apple to mixture, continue cooking and stirring occasionally until most berries are popped. Serving Size: Makes 12 condiment servings
