Introduction

Rice or prep cauliflower head in food processor until fine crumbles, add finely chopped onion, minced chives, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried hot cereal packets, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Spread Cauliflower mixture over entire cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Take out and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and bake another 10 mins. Let cool, cut into 4" squares. Enjoy!     4 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)

Directions

350 degrees for 30 mins, take out and add Parmesan on top, bake another 10 mins. Serving Size: Makes 12 - 4" squares
