Ingredients

    32 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken
    2 serving Bacon, Wright Smoked Bacon - 2 slices
    1 large Summer Squash
    1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    16 oz Beef - Skirt Steak, Lean (by OCKEY53)
    2 cup, chopped Kale
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    1.5 tsp Paprika
    3 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)

Tips

Whether you are doing a low carb diet or not, this is a very tasty soup!


Directions

Add olive oil to soup pot
Add Bacon (chopped into pieces) - saute for a bit
Add Onions & garlic
Chop carrots into large pieces and add
Chop peppers and add
Chop Shirt Steak into small bite sized pieces then add to the pot
Chop squashes into large cubes then add to pot once steak is cooked
Season everything with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and cumin
Add Chicken (or beef) bone broth
Bring to a summer
Add chopped Kale


Serving Size: Makes about 12 or so 1 cup servings.
