Ingredients

4 oz Cashew Butter
1 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
4 tbsp Brown Rice Syrup (by ROSEYAB)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup Oats, Quaker
1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat 350
Line 8 x 8 baking pan with 10 inch square parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, mix cashew butter, maple and brown rice syrup. Gently heat over low heat, whisking with a fork, just until its warm enough for the ingredients to incorporate and become smooth.
Remove from heat. Let mixture cool a bit. Mix in vanilla. Then, add oats, apple, salt, and cinnamon. Mix very well.
Wet our hands and press the mixture into the pan.
Bake 18 minutes or until lightly borwned on the sides.
Let cool about 10 minutes.
Remove from pan by lifting the corners of the parchment paper.
Transfew to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Cut into 8 rectangular bars.
Store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.
