Ingredients

    113 g (1 cup) Onions, raw
    272 g (2 whole) Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    170 g (6 oz) tomato paste
    100 g (.5 cup) packed Brown Sugar
    60 g (.25 cup) apple cider vinegar
    7 g (1 tbsp) Chili powder
    6 g (1 tsp) Salt
    20 g (2 tsp) Worcestershire Sauce
    5 g (1 tsp) Mustard, dry
    5 g (1 tsp) hot sauce
    907 g (2 lb) Pork

Tips

Consider buying onions already chopped to save time and tears.

If your slow cooker is larger than 4 quarts, consider adding a pound of beef tips for variety of flavor.


Directions

Chop the onions and green peppers.

Cube the pork.

Mix all ingredients except pork in slow cooker. Mix well.

Stir in pork.

Cover.

Cook on low 8 hours.

Stir and shred meat before serving. Great for sandwiches.
