Introduction
A yummy snack or healthy dessert! A yummy snack or healthy dessert!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1/2 Pita Pocket Bead (small size)
1 tbsp Tofutti cream cheese (soy based)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Peach
2 Strawberries
Directions
Cut the pocket pita in half with a knife. Discard the other half, or use it to make two pizzas!
Toast pita until crispy or to your liking. (I prefer mine very crispy!)
Mix in a small bowl the tbsp of cream cheese and 1/2 tsp of sugar. Heat the mixture in the microwave for about 10 seconds. This will soften the cream cheese and sugar. Mix again until creamy and blended.
Chop the strawberries and peaches to small bites. These will be used as your toppings for your pizza. You can also use ANY of your favorite fruits. (My favorite is strawberries)
After the pita is toasted, spread the cream cheese and sugar mixture over the side you prefer for the top of your pizza.
Arrange your chopped fruit on top to finish your yummy fruit pizza!
Enjoy!
