Delicious crunch sweet salad filled with goodness. Delicious crunch sweet salad filled with goodness.

Ingredients

    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    2 cup Cauliflower, raw
    .5 cup (not packed) Raisins, golden seedless
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    8 tbsp Marzetti cole slaw dressing

Tips

You can also add crisp bacon and nuts, but be sure to add the extra calories.


Directions

Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small flowerettes. Chop onion in small bits (or larger if you like them that way) . Place all ingredients into a large bowl and add cole slaw dressing. Toss and cover. Put in refrigerator before serving as this is best served chilled. Toss again before serving and enjoy. Great with a meal or as a snack! Very filling!
