    1 tbsp Flaxseed
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.88 cup Beans, black
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Brown the turkey
Add all other ingredients
Simmer for 10 minutes
