This makes a very flavorful meal. I usually make the chicken and eat as is, without all the other fajitas fixings to cut back on calories. Also great marinade for shrimp! Ingredients

    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 Tbls. olive oil OR vegetable oil - divided
    4 cloves garlic - crushed
    2 tsp. soy sauce - divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 boned, skinned chicken breasts

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a ziploc bag or container w/ a lid. Refrigerate overnight or 4 hours. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be. Preheat grill and grill until inside is no longer pink. Can make in oven at 350 degrees for 35+ minutes until no longer pink in center.
