Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    5 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Tahini
    6 medium (3-3/4" long) Dill Pickles
    1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    3/4 cup juice from dill pickles
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1.5 tsp dried dill
    1/3 cup water (I used water from cooking chickpeas)

Directions

Chop 4 of the dill pickles into bite size pieces. Reserve 2 to finely chop to mix in after blending and/or garnish. Place all ingredients into blender except reserved finely chopped pickles. Blend until smooth. Add more water if it's too thick. Stir in finely chopped pickles.
