Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

8 serving Kroger Graham Cracker Pie Crust (I cut slices smaller to make 16 servings)
60 tbsp Kroger Light Whipped Topping (about one and one-forth smaller size tub, thawed in the refrigerator)
32 tbsp Kroger Brand Light Cream Cheese, entire 8 oz block, softened
8 tbsp Kroger All Natural Sour Cream, about 1/3 cup
    1/3 cup Granulated white Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon Extract (optional, but makes flavor so very delicious)

Tips

You can play around with the amount of sugar or omit if sugar is a problem for you.

Directions

Soften the cream cheese block, then add sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream to a big bowl and using and electric hand mixer blend until combined then add the softened whip topping and lemon extract if using, and fold in with a kitchen rubber spatula then scrape into the graham crust and cover with the plastic lid of pie crust and refrigerate for about three hours until completely cold and firm enough to cut slices.
Enjoy!
