Ingredients

16 oz Ground beef
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
4 oz Onion, sweet, raw
1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Tips
Take care when opening foil packet - it will be full of HOT steam
Directions
1. Dice potato
2. Slice carrots, celery, and onion into large chunks
3. Mix all vegetables together
4. Divide ground beef into 4 patties
5. Get 4 squares of aluminum foil
6. Place equal amounts of vegetables in center of each foil square
7. Place beef patty on top of vegetables
8. Seal foil tighly around food
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
10. Season to taste
